At JL Photography, I believe in capturing the essence of your wedding day and the beauty of what surrounds us. A focus on wedding portraits and incorporating landscapes as the backdrop for a couple's special day. I work with young families to take in those joyful moments of being new parents to their newborns and to document milestones as toddlers and young children. You will also see me with my dog Summer who I use as my star model and like to capture her friends along with any other fur babies. l enjoy bringing brightness to life and to the photographs my clients can look back on for years to come. About me

JL Photography, based on the North Shore in Auckland, New Zealand. My passion for photography has been with me since I was a kid, holding a camera and taking photographs of what I found interesting and beautiful. I studied the art of photography in high school beginning in the dark room. I have a Diploma in Professional Photography through The Photography Institute and a Bachelor of Business in Management from Auckland University of Technology.  This helps me to run a smooth operation and develop meaningful relationships with my clients. I am committed to capturing weddings that involve pretty landscapes for a stunning backdrop. I like to add a personal touch by providing helpful tips for preparing for their special day.
